DMCA Policy – TeraDownloadr.com
We respect creators’ rights and follow copyright law. Here’s what you need to know about our DMCA process.
How Our Service Works
Before filing a complaint, understand what TeraBox Downloader actually do:
We don’t host anything. TeraDownloadr is just a link processor – we help users access content that’s already on Terabox’s servers. Think of us as a bridge, not a storage facility. When someone uses our service, we process their Terabox link and connect them directly to Terabox’s servers. We never store, copy, or control any content. Everything happens in real-time.

This means if there’s copyrighted content being shared, it’s actually hosted on Terabox, not with us. We can stop our service from processing specific links, but we can’t remove the actual files since they’re not on our servers.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyright is being infringed, here’s what we need from you:
Required Information
- What’s being infringed: Clearly identify your copyrighted work
- Where it is: Provide the specific Terabox URLs or links you’re concerned about
- Your contact info: Full name, address, phone number, and email
- Good faith statement: Say you believe the use isn’t authorized
- Accuracy statement: Confirm the information is accurate and you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner
- Your signature: Physical or electronic signature
How to Submit
Email us at: teradownloadr@gmail.com Subject line: “DMCA Takedown Notice”
Missing any of these elements? We can’t process your notice. Make sure everything’s included.
What We’ll Do
Once we get a valid notice:
- Quick review – We check that your notice has all required parts
- Verify the content – We confirm the links actually work through our service
- Block access – We prevent our service from processing those specific links
- Fast response – Usually within 24-48 hours
Important: We can only stop access through our service. The content stays on Terabox’s servers and might still be accessible other ways. For the most effective action, also contact Terabox directly.
If You Think We Made a Mistake
Got blocked unfairly? You can file a counter-notice:
What To Include
- Your signature
- Identify what was blocked
- Statement that you believe it was removed by mistake
- Your contact information
- Agreement to accept legal papers if needed
What Happens Next
We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don’t file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we’ll restore access to the content.
Repeat Offenders
We track patterns of infringement. Since we don’t require accounts, this is tricky, but we do what we can:
- Monitor for repeated issues from identifiable sources
- Implement stronger preventive measures when needed
- May restrict service access in severe cases
Fair Use And Legitimate Access
Not every use of copyrighted material is infringement. We consider:
- Educational or commentary purposes
- Transformative uses
- Legitimate licensed access
- Public domain content
We also try to prevent DMCA abuse – notices filed in bad faith, for harassment, or with false information won’t be tolerated as mentioned in Privacy Policy.
International Users
We operate under U.S. copyright law, but we’ll consider complaints from anywhere as long as they meet DMCA requirements. However, you might also want to pursue remedies under your local copyright laws.
Working With Terabox
Since Terabox hosts the actual content, we recommend:
- Contact them directly for the most effective action
- File complaints with both us and Terabox
- Understand that upstream resolution is often more effective
Our Limitations
Let’s be clear about what we can and can’t do:
We can: Stop our service from processing specific links, respond quickly to valid notices, maintain records, and follow proper procedures.
We can’t: Remove content from the internet, control what’s on Terabox’s servers, identify anonymous users, or provide legal advice.
Keeping Records
We maintain documentation of all DMCA notices and our responses for legal compliance and transparency.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to comply with legal changes or improve our service. We’ll post updates on our website with clear effective dates.
